Bruciatori per Biomassa
I bruciatori per biomassa garantiscono una combustione efficiente, stabile e controllata di materiali organici. Sono progettati per massimizzare il rendimento termico riducendo emissioni e sprechi energetici.
Descrizione Tecnica
Questa tipologia di impianto trova spazio dove vi è un consumo di energia termica associato alla possibilità di reperire biomasse di scarto risultante da proprie lavorazioni o prodotte da attività limitrofe.
Il cuore dell'impianto è il bruciatore a gassificazione, il quale mantenendo la temperatura di combustione sopra i 1000°C riesce a bruciare gli inquinanti mantenendosi entro le soglie di legge, in più ha la possibilità di bruciare prodotti con umidità fino al 60%, purché siano penetrabili dall'aria.
La pezzatura del combustibile deve essere preferibilmente uniforme e nel caso di biomasse a fibra lunga (es: paglia) è sufficiente una lunghezza di 10 cm prodotta direttamente dalla pressa con coltelli.
La macchina è composta da un telaio in acciaio al quale vi è fissata una tramoggia (serbatoio carburante), un bruciatore a gassificazione, una caldaia, un ciclone per fumi ed un quadro elettrico. Tutti gli organi possono avere dimensioni o potenze diverse relativamente ai diversi impieghi. Oltre agli organi sopracitati vi si possono aggiungere filtri per la pulizia dei fumi di combustione specifici per il prodotto che si brucerà.

Essiccatori a Tamburo
Descrizione: Il sistema di essiccazione-disidratazione ha come scopo quello di estrarre una quantità di acqua predefinita.
Essiccazione e disidratazione significano entrambe evaporazione o estrazione di acqua ma hanno un uso comune diverso: l'essiccazione riguarda l'evaporazione o l'estrazione di acqua "a basse temperature o in modo lento" e la disidratazione riguarda l'evaporazione o l'estrazione di acqua "ad alte temperature o in modo molto rapido".
Il sistema è in grado di essiccare a 360° ogni tipo di prodotto sia per dimensioni (che variano da 0.001mm fino a 100x50x5mm) che per umidità (massima pari al 80% minima prossima allo zero).
L'impianto essicca con ciclo continuo anche 24 ore su 24 ed è reso estremamente versatile dalla possibilità di adeguare i componenti e di regolare ognuno di questi al fine di soddisfare ogni esigenza.
L'ultimo traguardo conquistato è il generatore di calore equipaggiato con bruciatore a piro-gassificazione che permette la combustione di ogni sorta di biomassa sia essa di scarto che umida (vedi: in "Descrizione tecnica" Generatore di calore).
